When I’m not hanging out at the gym I love camping with family and friends, participating in fitness challenges with my clients & friends, music festivals, the great outdoors, dancing and generally having a good time.
You can be happy no matter what!
Without a doubt my family comes first, I have 3 amazing children and a wonderful supportive partner. Other than that, being the highest fundraising team in the Q1 Stair Climb 2016 was pretty-cool and seeing people achieve their fitness goals always makes me very proud.
My Vision is to share my passion and knowledge of health and fitness with others so they can take these learnings and incorporate them into their own lifestyle to strengthen both body and mind and improve self-confidence, personal motivation and fitness levels.
Would have to say ANY kind of seafood but anything fresh, wholesome and made with love is great too.
Is it cheesy to say I love them all….? But if I had to pick just one I would say bridge combos – they are great for the tushy. 😉
