Flow Yoga

This class based on the harmony of breath and movement together. This style is called ‘flow’ because of the smooth way the poses blend together and become like a dance.

Hatha Yoga

This class that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) and dyana (meditation) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Yin Yoga

This class that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) and dyana (meditation) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Meditation

This practice is best attended after a Yoga practice to encourage deeper sense of relaxation, rejuvenation and rest to help you find a sense of inner peace and restoration.

Rollaflex

This class is a restorative class pre-choreographed to music. This class is designed to help lengthen and manipulate your muscles through foam rolling and yoga-inspired static stretching – assisting with blood circulation, mood enhancing, improving posture, reducing scar tissue and improve your mobility.

ABT

This class, otherwise know as Abs, Butt & Thighs focuses on toning and strengthening your abdominal, buttocks and thigh muscles, as well as improving your core stability. Using a combination of intensive exercises designed to work your muscles ladies love to hate. It’s an intense regime that is designed to yield results.

Pilates

This class is designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Boxing

This class is a dynamic boxing workout including circuit drills and technique. Fantastic cardio workout ad great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness and release some stress in a FUN and energetic way.

Roller Stretch

Body Groove

This class is FUN and designed to get your hips moving. Body Groove is a combination of simple dance moves with funky beats to create a cardio class that is certain to have you feeling happy and care free!

Metafit / HIIT / Body Blitz

 These classes vary in duration and incorporate your entire body -heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout, combining full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.

Low Impact / Suzy's Express

A combination of low impact movements to help tone and strengthen your entire body. Have FUN with Susy!
