Bridget has been a member of Samsara since the beginning and we are so proud of how far she has come in this time! Bridget is so energetic and passionate about discovering what her body can do with every PT session she has with Grace.
Together they are ALWAYS learning something new and conquering the many different challenges Bridget gets each session, EVEN AFTER ALL THIS TIME! Her main goal has been to increase her core activation and strength on a daily basis – this is also to support a niggling lower back issue that needs and relies on her core strength.
Together they stripped the training right back to the basic fundamentals of core activation in achieving this. This is as simple as a sit up without using momentum or other body parts (i.e. legs and arms) aka ‘CHEATING’, and that back pain is a thing of the past!!
Bridget has also embarked on a journey overseas in which she hiked rough and bumpy terrain and had the goal to be able to support herself up and down hills, across uneven surfaces all with a 10kg pack on her back with no back pain. We have worked so much on core that we wanted to work on increasing overall balance, glute and VMO activation!
Bridget completed her journey with ease and now you can find her on the Stairmaster, TRX and Kinesis wall next time your in club with no back pain!!
