Restorative Yoga & Sound Evening

Join Michelle and Kat for an evening of relaxation to reset your nervous system and soothe your soul.

You will experience Kat’s guided direction through a sequence of gentle restorative yoga positions in which you will hold for roughly 4 minutes each, whilst listening to soothing sounds from Michelle’s sound session throughout including crystal bowls, singing, chimes and many much more.
