CLINICAL EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY & STRETCH SESSIONS

Our fully accredited superstar Exercise Physiologist, Chantelle Tang is ready to empower our members no matter their level, challenges and conditions can utilise the benefits of exercise to enhance their health & wellbeing.

Exercise Physiology Sessions
Exercise intervention for clients with varying diseases, chronic illness, mobility issues, mental health symptoms, injuries or pain. Chantelle’s goal is to help manage the condition and minimise symptoms.

Stretch Sessions
A gentle mobilisation of the body with a focus on fascial lines, clients can be anyone needing help in releasing tension through out the body, whether due to injury, disease or just want release in your exercise journey.

1:1 Nutrition

8 Week Nutrition program

Our incredible in club Dietitian, Alex Macleod is passionate in finding freedom around food and building healthy relationships with our own bodies all the while working towards our goals.

What's Included?

  • Initial 60min nutrition consultation

  • Fortnightly 40min nutrition review

  • Personalized support and recommendations with your personal private Dietitian.

Once you complete the 8 week package you can continue to work with Alex on an ongoing basis.

Private Training in addition to your Membership includes:

  • 8 weeks minimum program to better support your ongoing motivation and success

Sessions are 30 minutes AND $50 per session.
